Deferring Admission
Candidates admitted to the MBA program may request permission to defer admission to a subsequent term. Deferments may be granted if the candidate's record is strong, and if the student notifies the MBA Admissions Committee not later than two (2) weeks prior to the candidate's scheduled course registration date.
Candidates will be granted a deferment of up to two quarters (including Summer) beyond the quarter for which they were originally accepted.
After two quarters' deferred admission, a candidate must re-apply, be accepted, and submit official transcripts for any coursework taken in the interim.
Request for Reconsideration
Applicants who are denied admission may request reconsideration by submitting a new application form, additional information (new GMAT scores or additional coursework, as examples), and a $50 reconsideration fee.
Applicants may make this request up to one year beyond the quarter denied.
